Personal identifiers are retained only while your account is active. You may initiate "Self-Destruct" (account deletion) at any time via Settings. All encrypted personal data is permanently scrubbed from our active databases within 30 days.

2. Tiers and Usage Limits

Access levels vary by subscription: (a) FREE: Limited analysis and basic synergy; (b) PREMIUM TIERS: Full dashboard access and daily strategic briefings; (c) ETERNAL LEGEND VIP: Highest priority processing, advanced hidden influences, and extended fair use limits (33 operations per day).

3. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth data entered. For third-party data ("Partners"), you must possess legal consent to process their information within this system.

4. Third Party Information

The Service allows you to analyze connections with others. By entering their details, you warrant that:

You have obtained explicit consent from the individual.
Data is used for personal entertainment and relationship insight only.
You will not use the data for harassment or unauthorized tracking.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY CELEST CODE AGAINST ANY LEGAL CLAIMS ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED DATA INPUT.

5. Entertainment & Methodologies

CELEST CODE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. INFORMATION IS DERIVED FROM ANCIENT NUMEROLOGY AND MODERN ASTROLOGICAL SYNTAX. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

6. Limitation of Liability

CELEST CODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SYSTEM OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE NET AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, following an attempted amicable resolution.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Manage Subscription. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. For mobile purchases, cancellations must be managed through your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

Refund Policy

Digital Services Policy: Since you receive immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. For Stripe purchases, refunds are only issued for proven technical failure. For Apple/Google purchases, refunds are handled exclusively by their respective support teams under their specific policies.
